Delivery Policy

This website is managed by visual artist Luiza Caminada. Each piece of art is an original work, created with the utmost care. Below, you will find all the information regarding timelines, costs, and shipping methods.

1. Production and Shipping Deadline
The time it takes for your order to leave the studio and be handed over to the carrier depends on the type of product you have purchased:

Ready-to-ship products: the shipping lead time is up to 3 business days following payment confirmation;
Made-to-order and/or personalized products: the production and shipping lead time is up to 30 calendar days following payment confirmation and the submission of order details.

Note: If your cart contains both ready-to-ship and made-to-order products, the entire order will be shipped together, following the longer lead time (up to 30 calendar days), unless separate purchases are made.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Schedule
The total time for your order to arrive at your home is the sum of the processing/dispatch time and the transit time. International shipping is andled exclusively via the national postal service, Correios (using either express or economy international shipping options).

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary based on the weight of the product and will be provided during checkout.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number—provided by the carrier or the postal service—that allows you to follow your package’s journey in real time.

5. Delivery Attempts and Incorrect Address

Up to 2 delivery attempts will be made to the provided address. If no one is present to receive the package, it will be returned to our studio;
It is the customer's sole responsibility to provide the correct address. If a shipment is returned due to incomplete or incorrect information, the cost of shipping for a re-delivery will be the buyer's responsibility.

6. Damage During Transit
Art is valuable and delicate, which is why we pack every piece with reinforced protection. However, if you receive a package that appears visibly tampered with or damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately via email at contatoluizacaminada@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +5527988712426.
