Return Policy

These terms and conditions apply to orders returned to Luiza Caminada for reasons attributable to the customer, including, but not limited to, incomplete or incorrect address details, failure to collect the package, or refusal to accept delivery.

1) Responsibility for the accuracy of address details

• It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete delivery information at the time of purchase;

• The artist is not liable for delays or returns resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address details provided by the customer.

2) Notification and delivery attempts

• For shipments with tracking, we recommend that customers monitor the status of their order using the provided tracking number.

• If a delivery attempt is made and the customer does not collect the package within the timeframe stipulated by the carrier, the package will be returned to Luiza Caminada.

3) Returns and Refunds

• If you wish to return your order, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a refund and ship the item(s) back;

• The customer is responsible for arranging and covering the costs of the return;

• Once the returned order is received by the artist, the refund will be processed via the original payment method, minus the initial shipping costs;

• Any additional fees incurred from returning the order to Luiza Caminada (for example, return fees charged by the carrier) will also be deducted from the refund amount;

• If payment was made through a third-party service, such as PayPal, any fees retained by PayPal will be deducted from your refund;

• Custom-sized prints, as well as paintings and made-to-order products, are not eligible for return.

4) Resending an order

• Should a customer wish to receive an order after it has been returned to Luiza Caminada, a new order must be placed;

• The customer shall be responsible for covering any additional shipping costs associated with resending the order.​

5) Tracking responsibility

• Tracking information is provided for all orders, allowing customers to monitor the progress of their delivery;

• Luiza Caminada is not responsible for packages that are not collected after the tracking information has been made available.

6) Contact information

• If you notice any errors in your delivery details after placing an order, please contact the artist immediately to update the address, provided that the order has not yet been dispatched;
