This website offers visitors monthly subscriptions to the Papel & Pincel mail club, the sale of original works and printed copies, the artist's portfolio, and service scheduling. By accessing or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
By purchasing an item, you agree that you are responsible for reading the complete item listing before committing to buy it. The prices charged for services and products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change the prices of displayed products at any time and to correct pricing errors that may occur inadvertently.
The artist may, without prior notice, change the services; discontinue providing the services or any features of the services it offers; or create limits for the services. The artist may terminate or suspend your access to the monthly subscription service permanently or temporarily without prior notice and liability for any reason, including if, in its sole and exclusive determination, you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation. You may discontinue use and request cancellation of your account and/or any service at any time. Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary with respect to automatically renewed subscriptions to paid services, such subscriptions will be discontinued only after the expiration of the respective period for which you have already paid.
The artist reserves the right to modify these terms from time to time at their sole discretion. Therefore, you should review these pages periodically. When the Terms are materially changed, you will be notified. Your continued use of the Site or our service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future version of the Terms, do not use or access (or continue to access) the site or service.
